Bidder acknowledges that reserve pricing has been determined for some or all auction items and Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any asset at any time until he announces completion of the sale.
Once a reserve price is met, each item will be sold to the highest bidder as determined by the Auctioneer.
Completion of a sale and determination of the highest price bid will be determined when the Auctioneer makes the pronouncement “SOLD” during a bidding session.
A Bidder’s premium of 5% of the high-bid price shall apply to all items and will be added to the high-bid price to determine the buyer’s final obligation on each item purchased.
Bidder agrees to be obligated and bound to pay for all items for which they are the highest bidder at completion of the sale. Payments must be made on the date of and immediately following the auction and in acceptable forms established in this Auction’s advertisements. Cash/Cashier check Or Credit Card.

All items sold at this auction are sold “as-is-where-is” with no guarantee or warranty express or implied. Bidder is solely responsible for the prior inspection of items for defects and will be responsible for taking possession of items purchased at the site of the auction unless otherwise arranged with the Owners.
Auctioneer and Owners shall not be liable for any errors or the correctness of the information provided in this package or in any advertisements or materials disseminated pertaining to the items for sale.
You are solely responsible for your bidder card and any purchases made with your bidder number.
Bidder agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Owners and operators of the auction, including Auctioneers and their agents, assigns, contractors and employees from all claims potentially arising out of the execution of the auction unless such actions are found to be solely and criminally negligent on the part of one those parties and then remedy shall be pursued upon the one party.
